Contractor’s 2-Year Labor Warranty
In addition to the standard manufacturer’s warranty that you receive upon completion of your roofing project, Dusty Greer Roofing also guarantees its workmanship for a period of two years from the date of completion of your roof renovation. This includes an annual inspection.
Fully Insured
At Dusty Greer Roofing all of our work is performed in-house using our own employees. We maintain a 10 million dollar umbrella insurance policy and an unlimited bonding capacity with an AM Best Rated “A VII” surety that is admitted in all 50 states.
Manufacturer Certified
Dusty Greer Roofing is an approved contractor with all of the major roofing manufacturers. We are not restricted by any particular manufacturer or system. We represent several different manufacturers of roofing products which allows us to offer the best systems available that meets the needs of both the building and the building owner. Our roofers are required to periodically attend educational courses hosted by the manufacturers ensuring that they are trained in the best application processes for the different types of materials.
Surety Bonds
When negotiating or bidding a construction project, a major concern is whether or not the contractor is competent and capable of doing the work. Does he have experience in the type and size work to be done? Is he financially strong enough to finance the work? Where does the owner stand if problems arise — if the contractor is unable, for whatever reason, to complete the contract? Due to our secure financial standing and our strong relationship with our surety, Dusty Greer Roofing is able to provide payment and performance bonds for any type of project, no matter the size or difficulty.
Condition Assessment Reports
Our company understands the importance of our clients having knowledge of all aspects of their roof system. We take pride in providing a comprehensive analysis of your roofing system, which will allow you to make educated decisions that will extend the life expectancy of your roof. This analysis comes complete with preventative care suggestions, repair and damage assessments, drainage analysis, infrared moisture scan, stress testing, and OSHA compliance suggestions. This in depth analysis can be helpful in not only maintaining your roof system, but also during real estate transactions, budgeting, determining energy efficiency, and as a benchmark for any future insurance claims that may arise.
Asset Budgeting
At Dusty Greer Roofing, Inc., we understand that budgeting constraints can be an issue when deciding which one of your projects needs to be addressed first. One of the services we offer, at no charge to you, is a comprehensive evaluation of your roof. Through this service, we can evaluate the current condition of your roof, document any deficiencies, and prepare maintenance and replacement budgets. This will allow you to plan, budget, and organize to extend the life of your roof and get the most out of your valuable asset.
